Changing Regulations for Food Distribution – Are You Prepared?

Food Supply Chain Rules Are Changing – Are You Ready?

April 17, 2014

The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) aims to ensure the U.S. food supply is safe by shifting the focus of federal regulators from responding to contamination to preventing it.

In February of 2014, the Food and Drug Administration proposed requirements (in the Federal Register) for shippers, truckers, rail freight providers and receivers for food transport.

Hear from Bob Bauer, President of the Association of Food Industries and a leading expert on the FSMA and its implications.

This seminar is a must for anyone involved in food handling and movement.
