Presented by Christina Herzog.  Christina is a Project Director and the Coordinator for the New Jersey Transportation, Logistics, and Distribution Talent Network, at the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development (part of the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers).  She joined the Heldrich Center in June 2009 as a Project Research Assistant, and spent the previous six years in the private sector, managing recruiting and placement teams, as well as networking and collaborating with human resource departments of numerous well-known national and international companies to develop and implement effective recruitment, placement, and retention strategies. Prior to her tenure in the private sector, she was an instructor for American Government and Public Policy courses for Washington State University’s Department of Political Science.
